We proactively assist our clients and fund managers with tailored-made investment solutions through our or private-labelled investment funds, leveraging the  Singapore Variable Capital Company ("VCC") model or other common offshore investment vehicles.  

We provide direct support to structure, manage and report investment funds structures, with direct support of third-party service providers. In particular, we collaborate with competent and regulated external providers for custody, asset valuation, fund administrator and internal audit to ensure an appropriate independent control framework over the investment fund. 

Our asset management service for investment funds is offered with a competent and dedicated Investment Committee, which ensures a fully independent strategy, transparent views, high level of professionalism and investment oversight.
